PRIVATE-LABEL PRODUCTION

Motorcycle Riding Jeans Manufacturing for Apparel Brands

Stitch Expo manufactures custom motorcycle jeans for established riding-wear companies, new apparel labels, wholesalers, distributors and specialist retailers. Every project can be developed around the customer’s design direction rather than being restricted to a standard blank product.

Our manufacturing service can cover material sourcing, pattern development, prototype sampling, fit corrections, reinforcement placement, knee and hip protector pocket construction, denim washing, custom hardware, private labels, packing and international delivery. Customers may provide a complete tech pack or begin with reference images and written requirements.

Because construction, fabric, wash, hardware and order quantity differ from project to project, quotations are prepared after reviewing the actual specification. This gives brands a clearer manufacturing proposal and avoids pricing a basic fashion jean when the required product contains more specialized components.

ENGINEERED AROUND YOUR SPECIFICATION

Custom Motorcycle Jeans Construction Options

Construction can be adapted to the intended product, target customer and brand identity. Instead of applying every feature to every style, we help organize the specification around the requested fit, material combination and level of internal complexity.

01

Reinforcement layouts

Targeted panels can be planned around the seat, hips and knees, or an extended lining can be developed according to the approved specification.

02

Protector pocket integration

Internal knee and hip pockets can be sized around customer-supplied protector dimensions, with adjustable placement where required.

03

Stress-point construction

Seam selection, bar tacks, pocket attachment and belt-loop construction can be strengthened according to the product design.

04

Riding-position pattern work

Articulated knees, higher rear rises, gusset options and stretch zones can support the intended silhouette and movement requirements.

MATERIAL DEVELOPMENT

Denim, Reinforcement and Lining Options

Material availability is confirmed for each order. Customers may nominate a specific composition or ask Stitch Expo to source options that align with the required appearance, hand feel, stretch and construction.

01

Cotton Denim

Classic denim character with selectable weight, weave, shade and wash response for straight, regular or relaxed motorcycle jeans.

02

Stretch Denim

Denim blends developed for improved flexibility in slim, tapered and movement-focused silhouettes.

03

Reinforcement Materials

Aramid-fiber and other abrasion-resistant textile options can be sourced for targeted panels or extended internal layouts.

04

Comfort Linings

Mesh or smooth lining options can be added to manage contact with internal components and improve the finished interior.

LAYERED CONSTRUCTION OPTIONS

Denim, Full Kevlar Lining and Optional Comfort Mesh

Choose a two-layer or three-layer internal construction according to your product specification. Material composition, coverage and placement are confirmed during sample development.

01

Outer layer

Denim Shell

The visible outer jean can be developed in cotton denim, stretch denim or another approved denim quality, with the selected color, fit and wash.

02

Primary internal layer

Full Kevlar Lining

A separate full-length Kevlar lining can be developed from the waistband area through the legs, subject to the approved pattern, material specification and sourcing availability.

03

Optional skin-side layer

Comfort Mesh

A lightweight mesh can be positioned inside the Kevlar layer to create a cleaner skin-side finish and reduce direct contact with internal seams and components.

Available layer combinations

  • Two-layer: outer denim + full Kevlar lining
  • Three-layer: outer denim + full Kevlar lining + comfort mesh
  • Targeted layout: outer denim + Kevlar panels in selected zones

REMOVABLE PAD INTEGRATION

Knee and Hip Pad Pocket Development

Internal compartments can be developed around the pad dimensions supplied or approved for the project. Pocket positioning must be reviewed across the complete size range.

Adjustable Knee Pad Pocket

An internal knee compartment can use hook-and-loop adjustment so the pad position can be refined for different sizes and inseams.

COMPONENT ORDER

How the pad pocket fits within the layers

  1. Outer denim shell
  2. Full Kevlar lining or selected reinforcement layout
  3. Internal pad pocket
  4. Removable knee or hip pad
  5. Optional comfort mesh toward the wearer

The exact sequence may change according to the approved construction method. The sample should confirm pad access, placement, stability and comfort before bulk production.

FIT & SILHOUETTE

Develop the Fit Your Customers Expect

We can work from your measurement chart, an approved reference sample or a custom block developed during sampling.

SlimClose silhouette with stretch options
TaperedRoom through the upper leg with a narrower hem
StraightConsistent line from knee to opening
RegularBalanced everyday riding-jeans fit

Men’s pattern development

Custom size grading

Grade the approved base size across the required size range while reviewing functional pocket placement at smaller and larger sizes.

DENIM CHARACTER

Custom Colors, Washes and Surface Finishes

The wash standard affects shade, hand feel, contrast and the final appearance of hardware and stitching. We recommend approving a physical wash sample or clearly defined reference before bulk production.

  • Raw denim
  • Rinse wash
  • Enzyme wash
  • Stone wash
  • Vintage wash
  • Faded black
  • Dark indigo
  • Light blue
  • Grey wash
  • Whiskering
  • Sanding

Available processes depend on the selected denim, construction and production requirements. Final wash details are confirmed during development.
