Professional Printing and Embroidery Integrated With Apparel Manufacturing

Stitch Expo provides garment printing and embroidery services for streetwear, sportswear, activewear, uniforms, promotional clothing and private-label apparel.

The best decoration method depends on your fabric, artwork, colour count, quantity, placement, required texture, stretch and laundering requirements.

Our team reviews these factors before recommending the appropriate production technique. A sample, strike-off, embroidery sew-out or patch sample can be prepared before bulk production where required.

Flat Embroidery

Standard stitched logos, lettering and artwork.

02

3D Puff Embroidery

Foam-supported raised embroidery for bold shapes.

03

Chenille Embroidery

Textured looped yarn for varsity-style designs.

Artwork Requirements

Prepare Your Artwork for Accurate Production

Clear artwork and placement information reduce production errors and help us evaluate the correct process.

  • AI, EPS, SVG or editable PDF vector files
  • High-resolution PNG or PSD for raster artwork
  • Exact finished width and height
  • Measured garment placement
  • Pantone or approved colour references
  • Fabric composition and garment colour
  • Total quantity and colour breakdown
  • Reference for the required texture or finish
Screen printing may require colour separation. Embroidery requires digitising. Low-resolution artwork cannot reliably produce sharp, detailed output.

Frequently Asked Questions

Printing & Embroidery FAQs

Which garment printing method is best? +

There is no single best method. The correct choice depends on the garment fabric, artwork, quantity, placement, desired texture, stretch and laundering requirements.

Can you manufacture and decorate our garments? +

Yes. Printing, embroidery and patches can be coordinated with fabric sourcing, cutting, sewing, labels, finishing and packaging.

Can we approve a sample before bulk production? +

Yes. Depending on the project, we can prepare a strike-off, embroidery sew-out, patch sample or finished garment sample.

Can you match Pantone colours? +

Pantone references can be used as colour targets. Fabric colour, ink, thread, underbase, curing and lighting can affect the final visible result.

Why must embroidery artwork sometimes be simplified? +

Thread has physical thickness. Very small letters, thin lines and close gaps may not stitch clearly at a small finished size.

Is embroidery more durable than printing? +

Not in every application. Durability depends on the fabric, artwork, thread, ink, adhesive, curing, laundering and intended garment use.

Can the same print be used on every fabric? +

No. Cotton, polyester, nylon, stretch fabrics, fleece, denim and coated materials can require different inks, transfers, temperatures and preparation.

What information is required for pricing? +

Share the garment type, fabric, artwork, decoration dimensions, placement, quantity, garment colours and delivery destination.
