Puffer Jacket Fit, Pattern Making & Size Grading
Insulation adds volume inside the garment, so a puffer pattern cannot be treated exactly like an unlined shell jacket. The pattern needs to account for fill thickness, intended layering, baffle construction and desired external silhouette.
