Custom Sportswear Manufacturer for Brands and Teams
Stitch Expo manufactures custom sportswear, team uniforms and private-label athletic apparel for clothing brands, clubs, academies, schools, gyms and distributors. Develop performance jerseys, tracksuits, training wear, compression garments and complete team kits with custom fabrics, fits, colours, printing, embroidery, labels and packaging.
Built for Movement and Identity
Private Label Sportswear Manufacturing From Design to Delivery
Stitch Expo is a custom sportswear manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan. We help buyers develop sports clothing around the intended activity, climate, fit, branding and price position rather than applying a logo to an unsuitable generic garment.
Send a tech pack, measurement chart and artwork, or begin with sketches and reference images. Our team reviews fabric compatibility, movement requirements, construction, decoration, size grading and the information needed for sample development.
Every quotation is based on the actual product, material, panel construction, printing or embroidery, trims, quantity, size breakdown, packaging and delivery destination. This allows a more accurate assessment than a standard price list.

Material Selection
Performance Fabrics Selected for the Sport
Fabric should be chosen according to movement, contact level, climate, fit, decoration and laundering requirements. Terms such as “dry fit” are not one universal material specification, so composition, weight, stretch and surface must be confirmed.
Performance Polyester
Suitable options for jerseys, team kits and training apparel where lightweight construction and sublimation compatibility are required.
Polyester Mesh
Open or engineered mesh structures can support ventilation in selected panels, linings and full garments.
Polyester-Spandex
Four-way or selected mechanical stretch options for compression garments, fitted training wear, cycling and movement-focused apparel.
Nylon-Spandex
Smooth stretch fabrics for selected premium fitness, yoga and performance garments, subject to design and decoration compatibility.
Interlock, Tricot and Piqué
Structured knit options for tracksuits, polos, team uniforms, warm-up garments and training collections.
Cotton and Blended Fabrics
Cotton jersey, cotton-polyester fleece and French terry for lifestyle sportswear, travel wear, hoodies and joggers.
Performance Development
Sportswear Construction That Supports Movement
The correct construction depends on the activity and garment—not on adding every technical feature to every product.
Ergonomic Panels
Panel lines can be developed around mobility, stretch direction, ventilation, colour blocking and branding placement.
Seam Selection
Overlock, coverstitch, flatlock and reinforced seam options are selected according to fabric, stretch and use.
Ventilation Zones
Mesh inserts, perforated materials or engineered panels may be used where ventilation is required.
Reinforcement
Bartacks, double stitching and reinforced panels can be applied at suitable stress and contact points.
Waistbands and Grippers
Elastic, drawcord, shaped waistband and selected silicone-gripper options for shorts, leggings and cycling garments.
Pockets and Trims
Secure zipper pockets, phone pockets, teamwear pockets, reflective details and custom trims can be developed where appropriate.
Team Graphics and Branding
Custom Sublimation, Printing and Embroidery
The decoration method must suit the fabric, artwork, order quantity, stretch, surface and intended use. A method that works on a cotton warm-up hoodie may not be suitable for a lightweight stretch jersey.
- All-over dye-sublimation printing
- Screen printing and compatible specialty inks
- DTF and selected heat-transfer applications
- Flat and 3D puff embroidery
- Tackle-twill and fabric appliqué
- Silicone and rubber-style transfers
- Reflective names, numbers and details
- Player names, numbers and individual sizing
- Woven, embroidered, rubber and silicone patches

Fit and Size Development
Sportswear Sizing for Performance and Team Orders
Fit requirements vary across sports. A compression top, basketball jersey, football uniform and travel tracksuit should not use the same ease or grading logic. Production can follow your approved measurement chart and size breakdown.
