Welcome to Stitch Expo . These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products or services from Stitch Expo.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Stitch Expo
Stitch Expo is a custom apparel manufacturer specializing in OEM, ODM, private-label clothing, promotional apparel, sportswear, streetwear, uniforms, knitwear, denim, and custom accessories.
All products are manufactured according to customer-provided artwork, specifications, measurements, samples, or approved designs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change due to:
- Fabric cost changes
- Material availability
- Exchange rate fluctuations
- Shipping cost changes
- Modification of product specifications
A quotation does not constitute a confirmed order until payment is received.
3. Custom Manufacturing
Most products supplied by Stitch Expo are custom manufactured.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving:
- Artwork
- Mockups
- Size charts
- Measurements
- Pantone colors
- Logo placement
- Labels
- Packaging
- Materials
- Production specifications
Once approval has been given, production will proceed based on the approved information.
4. Sample Orders
Samples are produced for development and evaluation purposes.
Sample orders may include slight differences compared to final bulk production due to:
- Fabric batches
- Dye lots
- Printing methods
- Embroidery adjustments
- Manufacturing tolerances
Sample approval is required before bulk production begins.
5. Bulk Production
Bulk production starts only after:
- Sample approval (where applicable)
- Deposit payment
- Final artwork approval
- Confirmation of specifications
Changes requested after production has started may result in additional charges and production delays.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
- Logos
- Artwork
- Measurements
- Technical packs
- Color references
- Material requirements
- Quantity requirements
Stitch Expo is not responsible for errors originating from customer-provided information.
7. Manufacturing Tolerances
The following are considered acceptable industry tolerances:
- Garment measurements: ±1–2 cm
- Fabric GSM: ±5%
- Fabric color: Minor variation between dye lots
- Print placement: Minor positioning tolerance
- Embroidery: Minor stitch variation
- Fabric shrinkage within industry standards
These are not manufacturing defects.
8. Colors
Actual colors may vary because of:
- Computer monitors
- Mobile displays
- Printing methods
- Dye batches
- Lighting conditions
Pantone matching will be followed whenever requested, but exact color matching cannot always be guaranteed.
9. Lead Times
Estimated production times are provided for planning purposes.
Production or shipping may occasionally be affected by:
- Public holidays
- Customs inspections
- Weather conditions
- Material shortages
- Courier delays
- Force majeure events
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
10. Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Shipping delays caused by customs authorities or courier companies are outside Stitch Expo’s control.
Import duties, taxes, customs fees, VAT, or other local charges are the responsibility of the customer unless DDP shipping has been agreed in writing.
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery to the agreed shipping address.
11. Intellectual Property
Customers confirm they own or have permission to use all submitted:
- Logos
- Artwork
- Designs
- Trademarks
- Graphics
Customers agree to indemnify Stitch Expo against any intellectual property claims resulting from customer-supplied content.
12. Confidentiality
Customer designs and business information will be treated confidentially.
Where requested, Stitch Expo may sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
13. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or third-party claims.
14. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellation is generally not possible because products are manufactured specifically for the customer.
Any approved cancellation may be subject to recovery of material, labor, sampling, and development costs.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.
